When tolerances tighten and parts are longer, the 12×8 Hi-Accuracy is the machine the application calls for. Sub-micron diameter control, a Starrett granite surface plate bed, and four work wheel dressing options make this the system accurate and personal for very demading applications.

The 12×8 Hi-Accuracy Infeed is grinding a Ford F350 6.7L Powerstroke fuel injector — a part that passed through three Royal Master hands before landing on this machine. Bar Grinding

Ideal machine for bar grinding from .020″ up to 1.5″ – all materials up to 16 feet. Automatic bar loaders are available.

You want to grind multiples across the wheel face.

The 8″ width supports multi-part infeed setups with CNC dressing on one or both wheels, significantly increasing throughput without adding machines.
