28 pallets of parts with mail slot automation. Populate the pallets, and the machine does its thing automatically — returning each finished pallet to the mail slot.

Bring us all those awkward parts with slots and weird geometries. That’s why this machine was built. Since word got out that this type of machine exists, we have seen so many of those parts come through the door. The bonus is the automation — all that surface grinder fixturing can be engineered right into the pallet, and the machine can be manually or robotically loaded.

AXIS RESOLUTION
.1 Micron
The X and Z axes deliver .1 micron resolution through linear motor motion. Smooth, accurate positioning makes even the most complex part geometries manageable. These same axis are used for dressing forms into the grinding wheel when needed.
GRINDING WHEEL
6″
6″ diameter grinding wheel up to 1″ wide with the ability to CNC dress forms into it. Different grinding wheel specifications available to match wheel to material. Servo driven spindle allows for superabrasive wheel technology.
