THE HIGHLIGHTS

The machine at the show runs FANUC collaborative robot with Schunk end effectors paired with a Feedall feeding table grinding a precision power tool component.

This is production performance, repeatable across shift and volume.

Thermal stability and surface precision are engineered into the base. The machine holds what it’s set to hold.

Standard template, automatic template, single-point CNC, and rotary disk CNC. Profile flexibility for any application.

Same precision diameter axis as the standard Hi-Accuracy platform. CNC dressing adds profile capability without sacrificing diameter performance.

Working with multiple gauging partners including Keyence, the system measures your part and feeds diameter compensations back to the machine automatically. On-board AI analyzes the collected data and provides process improvement suggestions.

Consistent diameter control from end to end. Bar grinding at this tolerance is production-ready, not a best-case result.

Wheel width enables proper specification matching for difficult materials. Superalloys, stainless, tool steel — the wheel can be spec’d for it.

Supports are fixed square and lock in place. Setup is repeatable and fast.

Optional auto loader keeps bars flowing without constant operator attention. Pairs well with lights-out production environments.

The wider contact area removes more material per pass compared to a 4″ wide wheel. Fewer passes, higher throughput.
